Start with the matter, not the organisation chart.

Your matter. The right person.

Most matters begin at the Dean’s Office, not with a message to the most senior person. Choose what you need and we will show the right sequence, person and information to prepare.

What brings you here?

The rule is simple: first information and help at the Dean's Office, then the right procedure, and contact with the Vice-Dean only if the earlier step did not solve the matter.

Do not send the same matter to several people in parallel. Keep the contact sequence and describe what has already been agreed.

Dean’s Office

Start with the adviser for your programme at the Dean’s Office

Dean’s Office staff are assigned by programme, cycle, year and study mode. This is the right first place to verify a procedure, deadline, whether an application is appropriate, and required attachments.

Order of action

  1. 1

Find the current adviser for your programme.

  2. 2

Ask one specific question and state your study details.

  3. 3

Record the answer or arrangements before taking the next step.

What to prepare

  • Programme, cycle, year and study mode
  • Student number if needed for identification
  • A one-sentence description of the result you need

Current responsibility map

Who is responsible for your programme?

The search uses the current division of programmes between the Vice-Deans (as of 2 November 2026). Type part of the programme name.

Enter at least two characters. The Dean handles, among others, finance/accounting programmes and management; the others cover their assigned programme groups.

A message to the Vice-Dean

A message that can be acted on

A good message to the Vice-Dean has four elements: a specific goal, a description of the problem, what you have already agreed with the Dean's Office, and documents.
