STUDENT RIGHTS

Thanks to Act 2.0 (Constitution for Science), every student has the right to receive training on their rights and responsibilities. The student government, in cooperation with the Student Parliament of the Republic of Poland, is responsible for organizing and conducting this training.

Repeating classes:

A student has the right to repeat specific classes in the event of unsatisfactory academic results, subject to the conditions specified in the university regulations.

Individual organization of studies:

Students can apply for an individual study plan, which allows for the flexible adaptation of the study program to their needs.

Absence excuses:

Students have the right to excuse their absence from classes and to take leave from classes, including the possibility of taking exams at a different date.

Changes to your field of study:

The Act allows students to change their field of study, while maintaining certain procedures.

Transfer and recognition of ECTS credits:

Students have the right to transfer and recognize ECTS credits earned at other universities, both domestic and foreign, which is in line with the principles of academic mobility.

Board examination:

The student has the right to take an examination before a board, with the participation of an observer of his choice.

Changes to the study mode:

The regulations provide for the possibility of transferring between full-time and part-time studies, in accordance with university regulations.
