We explain what data we process on this site, why, and what rights you have.
Data controller
The data controller is Wroclaw University of Economics and Business, ul. Komandorska 118/120, 53-345 Wrocław. The forms and mailboxes are run by the UEW Student Government. For data matters, write to: kontakt@samorzad.ue.wroc.pl.
What data we process
Site forms (contact, Student Ombudsman, partnerships): your name or organisation name, email address and message - solely to respond to your enquiry. Submissions go to a Google Sheet and to the Student Government mailbox within the University’s Google account - no external form relay is involved. Member login uses a Google account in the @samorzad.ue.wroc.pl domain; we only store a technical session in a necessary cookie.
Data processors
Our forms are handled by a Google Apps Script running on the Student Government account inside the University’s Google Workspace. A submission is stored in a Google Sheet and delivered to the mailbox belonging to that form. The University remains the controller; Google acts as a processor under the agreement held by the University. Only the content you type into the form reaches the script. The Student Ombudsman form may concern sensitive matters - those submissions go to a separate mailbox, and if you would rather skip the form entirely, write directly to rps@samorzad.ue.wroc.pl. The site is hosted on Vercel (Vercel Inc.), which processes the server logs necessary to operate it.
Cookies
Necessary cookies (a logged-in member’s session and your language preference) always work - they are required for the site to function. Analytics cookies and scripts run only with your consent; you can change your choice at any time by clearing the site’s data in your browser.
Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics - anonymous, aggregated visit statistics. It uses no cookies and does not identify individuals. We collect it only if you consent.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict the processing of your data, as well as the right to object and to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (in Poland: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office). We keep contact-form data only as long as needed to handle your case.
